The Allegro at Casselberry is a luxury assisted living facility located in Winter Park, Florida. This project features one building type with a total of 158 luxury units, designed to provide an elegant and comfortable living environment for its residents. SPR Services Inc. partnered with WELBRO Building Corporation as the general contractor to deliver complete interior and exterior painting services, including wallcovering installation in key common areas and amenity spaces. The project began in 2018 and was successfully completed with a strong focus on durability, quality finishes, and attention to detail throughout the facility.
