Sandpiper Glen is a newly developed assisted living facility located in Orlando, Florida. This project consists of one building type with a total of 288 apartment units, designed to provide comfortable and functional spaces for residents in a supportive living environment. SPR Services Inc. partnered with Weis Builders, Inc. as the general contractor to perform complete interior and exterior painting services, including wallcovering installation in common areas and amenity spaces. The project began in 2024 and was successfully completed with a focus on delivering durable finishes and high-quality craftsmanship throughout the property.
